This agreement summarizes the operating standard for creators using HustleMade After Dark. Access is conditional on lawful content, accurate identity, clean support flows, and respect for the community.
Identity and eligibility
Creators must be 21+, provide accurate account information, and complete verification when required.
Rights and ownership
Creators may upload only content they own or are authorized to use.
Support contributions
Creators may request lawful support for approved platform access, creator releases, events, and tools.
Boundaries and conduct
Creators must respect consent, safety, privacy, and platform rules in rooms, messages, reels, events, and Vault drops.
No prohibited content
Creators may not publish or monetize adult services, explicit sexual content, illegal content, gambling, or investment claims.
Review rights
The platform may review, restrict, remove, or pause creator activity when needed for safety, provider compliance, or legal risk.
Creator payout readiness
Creator monetization features may require identity review, provider approval, tax information, content review, and compliance checks before access, credits, or support features are enabled. AFTR Credits are internal platform-use credits only and are not a public cryptocurrency, security, cash balance, or exchange-traded asset.
