HustleMade After Dark handles support contributions, memberships, tickets, and credits through approved provider flows. Refunds are reviewed based on access delivery, duplicate payments, fraud signals, provider requirements, and platform safety.
Refund review
Refunds may be approved for duplicate transactions, unauthorized account activity, technical failure, unavailable access, or owner-approved exceptions. Consumed digital access, completed events, and used credits may be ineligible except where required by law or provider rules.
Dispute prevention
The platform keeps payment records, webhook confirmations, access logs, moderation notes, and ledger entries. Users should contact support before filing a bank dispute so the issue can be reviewed directly.
Recurring support
Recurring support must be managed through the approved provider portal when live. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund previously delivered access unless the owner approves the request or law/provider rules require it.
